I Left a 6-Figure Dream Job to Choose Myself.

Now I help women do the same—through spiritual coaching, brand strategy, and brave alignment.

I’m Emi Hart—coach, creative, mom of 4, and founder of Brand Wow™.

I help soul-led women stop hiding and finally show up for the vision that’s been waiting inside them.

I built a dream career. And then I walked away.

For 10 years, I was the Community Manager for Yelp in Honolulu. I ran events, built community, supported local businesses, appeared on radio and television, and made great money doing work I was proud of.

But something started to feel off.

It wasn’t burnout—it was misalignment.

I had spent years giving my energy to everyone and everything else… while silencing the deeper voice that kept whispering:

There’s more.

More creativity.
More freedom.
More alignment.
More me.

So I did something wild:

I left the job.

I let go of the safety net.

And I rebuilt my life—and my work—from the ground up.

I chose myself. And everything changed.

Today, I’m a spiritual life coach, brand mentor, and business builder. I run Brand Wow Agency, where I help women launch soul-led brands with strategy and systems.


I also lead the Choose Yourself Coaching Container, where we do the deeper work—releasing perfectionism, reconnecting to truth, and reclaiming energy.

And when I’m not working?
- I’m writing music.
- I’m moving my body.
- I’m raising four incredible kids in beautiful Hawai’i.
- I’m pouring into a deeply loving marriage with my husband, Michael.

My life isn’t perfect. But it’s fully mine.

And that is the result I want for every woman I work with.

  • You are not too much and you don’t need to “fix” yourself—you need to remember who you are.

  • Everything you need is inside you. Take the time to stop and listen.

  • Business is a spiritual practice. When you learn to lean into your authentic gifts, everything changes.

  • You can be soft and strategic. Your feminine intuition is your super power.
